I have been teaching children from ages 0-6 and their parents since 2012. This is my first year working at Microcosmos, but I have been part of the community since 2022, when my son joined his school, and now that he has graduated, it’s my turn! I especially love the creativity in children and always feel astonished by their ideas. At this school I would love to help grow their curiosity and creativity through lessons and play, helping them gain the experience of a lifetime.

ABOUT ME

Growing up in Canada, I was in a very blessed environment growing up with two languages, and can speak both English and Japanese natively. Because of my personal experience, I know how important it is to be learning a language in one’s childhood, and wanted to share my experience with children.

I have returned to Japan in 2008 to study fashion at a college in Tokyo to make children’s clothing. This experience has increased my creativity, and my desire to not only create for children, but work with children first hand.

I gave birth to my son in 2018; this experience has made my views as a teacher has become more personal.
