On the final day of the first semester, we held our Summer Festival!
Today was “Yukata, Jinbei, and Aloha Shirt Day”, and the day began with the children enjoying each other’s festive outfits as they arrived at school.
As it was the last day of the first semester, the children performed songs and dances they had learned over the term for their parents. The room was filled with smiles and joy.
After that, it was time for the long-awaited Summer Festival activities!
The children enjoyed a variety of fun games such as fishing, ball rolling, and target throwing. They also got creative making flower leis and crafting “yakitori” skewers. It was a day full of laughter and wonderful memories!

After lunch, the children gathered their courage and went on a treasure hunt in a darkened classroom! It was a truly special day.
Laughter and excitement filled the air, making it the perfect way to wrap up a wonderful first semester.
We hope everyone has a fantastic summer break filled with fun and adventure!
