We recently held our Halloween party!
In the days leading up to the event, we read Halloween picture books, sang songs, and made crafts to decorate the school — everyone was excited and looking forward to the big day.
On the day of the party, the children came dressed in their favorite costumes, and many parents joined us as well. It was a lively and fun-filled time for everyone!

First, everyone energetically sang “Knock Knock Trick or Treat!” to kick off the party.
We also had a performance of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” dance. The children in the middle and senior classes nailed their scary expressions and looked really cool!
Next up was the costume fashion show!
The kids struck poses and introduced their costumes, making it a lively and exciting event.

This time, we tried making original cookies for the first time!
The children used edible markers to draw pictures on their cookies.
Everyone was so excited that some couldn’t wait and started eating them right away!

After that, everyone headed out into the neighborhood for Trick or Treat!
Thanks to the many local shops that kindly supported us, the children received lots of treats and wore big smiles.
It was a really fun time for all!
We sincerely thank all the businesses that helped us:
Sugamo Kamimura Pharmacy, Karin no Matsugishi, Sennari Monaka Honpo Sugamo Store, Gamooru Marche, Fukushima-ya, and Olive.

After a long walk, it was time for lunch.
We were served a very cute Halloween-themed meal!
In the afternoon, we enjoyed one of our school’s main attractions: the Halloween House.
This year’s theme was “Día de los Muertos” (Day of the Dead).
With lights and decorations, the room became a charming and slightly mysterious space.
Inside the Halloween House, we had several activities to enjoy.
The children played ring toss, danced with skeletons, and had a great time hitting the piñata.
It was another memorable Halloween party for everyone this year!
